Statutory Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period will expire fourteen (14) days after the day on which you, or a third party appointed by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the final goods delivered.
Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by a clear statement (e.g., by email, or mail). You may use the attached withdrawal form template, but this is not mandatory.

You must send your communication concerning the withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse any payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs & bank charges paid (unless you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.
*We will process the reimbursement using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
You will not incur any fees for this refund.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
Return of Goods
You must return the goods to us without delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day you notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The return deadline is met if you dispatch the goods within the fourteen-day period.
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is a result of handling or use that was not necessary to verify the condition, features, and functionality of the goods.
Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
Made-to-order. Made to Measure Order, Bespoke service or personalized products: If the goods are not prefabricated and have been made based on your personal choice or specifications, or clearly tailored to your personal requirements.
Sealed goods: If the goods are sealed and cannot be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons (e.g., mattresses, pillows) after unsealing them.
