Can I check the bed before signing

Yes for sure... our delivery partners will let you check over the mattress before requesting a signature from you.

When will my bed arrive

Once we receive you order the mattress will be made, Hand Made by us right here in Kent. It will then get collected from us within days for delivery straight to you.

How will the bed be packaged

The mattress will be placed in a recyclable plastic bag, sealed, and ready to be collected from us.

Where & When


Our delivery company uses the 'Eco Route' for delivering products. When we log a delivery with them, several factors are considered. We need to know the delivery location and the customer's preferred delivery time. If the customer has a deadline, the delivery company will do its best to accommodate that by adjusting the schedule. Otherwise, once the mattress is collected from us, the delivery company will hold onto it until they can combine it with other deliveries on a route, helping to save both costs and the environment.
